Cancellation Policy

We do provide refunds if notified 72 hours prior to arrival. Less than 3 days prior to check-in there will be a $25.00 charge.

We do not refund deposits on Holidays and special event weekends. No refund for no-shows.

Deposit Policy

We do require payment in advance as a deposit to guarantee your reservation.

Your Card will be charged for the first nights stay. We will accept cancellations ($25.00 cancellation fee) but you MUST cancel at least 72 hours prior to your first nights stay. No Shows forfeit their deposit.

Notice to our Guests

This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents nor injury to guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.

Brookings Portside Suites are non-smoking and pet free. If evidence of smoking or pets is discovered in our suites you will be charged a $200.00 fee per night.
